Seminole Estates Management

Ownership

Seminole Estates is part of a group of manufactured home parks owned by a group of doctors. The group was gathered by Boyce Jones of Huntington Beach, California, who brokered the purchase from Charles Merrill of the Land and Cattle Company in 1983. Mr. Jones retired in 2005 and disbanded his property management company, Equity Concepts. The majority owners, organized under the name RAM Trust, hired Newport Pacific to manage the park effective June 1, 2005. The owners hired Commonwealth Real Estates Services to manage the park effective September 1, 2011.

There is an on-site park manager whose office is located in the clubhouse.
